• You will receive a digital proof within 1 business day. The digital proof will be sent via email.
• After you approve your artwork, it will be sent to production. Orders will not go into production until you provide artwork approval. Standard production time is 10 business days. Please account for shipping time when planning your order. You will receive a notice via email as soon as your order ships with your tracking information.
• Please note that production and shipping times are based on business days. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

►We ship UPS Ground which takes 1 to 6 days to deliver to the U.S. and 4 to 8 days to deliver to Canada.

►Customs forms for international shipments will be marked with the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or delivery surcharges assessed by their countries, and should check into those charges before making a purchase.

Damaged Shipment Policy

→ If your order is damaged during shipment, please submit photos of the damaged items, packaging, and box it arrived in within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. Claims will NOT be honored AFTER this time period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
→ It is not possible for us to replace damaged pieces on personalized/printed products — we can only offer credit for the damaged pieces and photographic proof of the damage must be provided prior to credit. Please be sure that you order enough pieces to cover all contingencies.
