ORDERING MADE EASY:

1. Choose Your Quantity: Select the number of FOAM can coolers you need from the dropdown menu. Also, pick your ink color (available in black or white).

2. Special Instructions: During checkout, find the "special instructions" box. In there, provide the following details:

   • Personalization (names, date, special message—anything you want incorporated into the design)
     
   • Design preference 

3. Place Your Order: Submit your order and ensure that the provided email address is one you check regularly.

4. Review and Approve: After your order, we'll send you a digital proof to your email address. This step ensures the design is perfect before we proceed with printing. Please check your email and approve the proof.

5. Shipping Time: Personalized orders typically ship within 10 business days. Production times may vary depending on the season, so if you need a rush order, please contact us in advance to confirm feasibility.

6. Track Your Shipment: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number, so you can keep an eye on its delivery progress.

• Once your artwork is approved, it will be sent to production. Production time is typically 10 business days.

Return & Cancellation Policy:

• Due to the nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
• Cancellations are not accepted, but please reach out if you have concerns about your order.

Damaged Shipment Policy:

• If your order arrives damaged, please submit photos within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. Claims cannot be honored after this period.
• Unfortunately, we cannot replace damaged pieces for personalized/printed products. We can offer credit for the damaged items; photographic proof is required.
