How long will my products take to ship?
After you place your order, (and approve the artwork that is emailed to you afterwards) please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be completed. We ship FEDEX ground, which takes 1-7 days, depending on your location. (US customers)
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to all countries, but shipping rates vary depending on the product you order and your location. Please email us to receive an international shipping quote.
I don't see the quantity i need
the quantities reflected on this site are for our most popular amounts for each item. For larger or smaller quotes, please email us and we can work something out for you! Large bulk quantities can be given a discounted price.
How do i customize my order?
At checkout, please leave any customization info such as names, date, design choice, or any other custom requests in the "special instructions" box. After your order is placed, you will be emailed a design proof within 1 business day to ensure your design is correct. We will not print your products until you have confirmed everything on the proof is correct.
How are your products printed? are they dishwasher safe?
We screen print each order here in our facility. All of our glass and ceramic products are top rack dishwasher safe (although we always recommend hand washing for best care) and the ink is permanent. We do not use decals. These products will last you and your guests for years to come.
What if my items come damaged?
We do our very best to package all items so that they arrive to you safely without any damages. If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with pictures of the broken items and the box they arrived in. We will then file a claim with FEDEX/UPS. Claims will not be honored after 3 days of delivery.
Can i return my personalized items?
We do not accept returns on personalized items. however, if there is a problem with your order please contact us.
