Step 1 | Choose your desired quantity and ink color, then add to your shopping cart. Step 2 | Proceed to checkout. Step 3 | In the “Notes To Seller” section, kindly include the following details:

★ After Your Purchase ★

• Within 1 business day, you'll receive a digital proof via email for your approval.

• Once you've given the green light to your artwork, we'll send it into production. Please note that orders will not enter production until we receive artwork approval. Standard production time is 10 business days. When planning your order, be sure to factor in shipping time. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information.

• Keep in mind that our production and shipping times are based on business days. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Information

► We use UPS Ground for shipping, which takes 1 to 6 days for delivery within the U.S. and 4 to 8 days for delivery to Canada.

► You can find the expected ship date of your order on the receipt under purchases in your account.

► For faster production and shipping options, available at an additional fee, please reach out to us. In your message, include the desired quantity, delivery deadline, and your zip/postal code.

► For international shipments, please note that customs forms will reflect the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or delivery surcharges imposed by their countries. Be sure to research these charges before making a purchase.

Ink Color Disclaimer

→ We strive to represent ink colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors, smartphones, and tablet displays. Factory21 cannot be held responsible if the color appears differently in person.

Return & Cancellation Policy

→ Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalized pint glasses. All sales are final.

→ Regrettably, we do not accommodate cancellations. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us.

→ Please keep in mind that slight variations and small imperfections in glass pint glasses are considered normal due to variations in materials, production equipment, and firing temperatures. These variations fall within industry standards and are not considered defects.

Damaged Shipment Policy

→ If your order sustains damage during shipment, kindly provide photos of the damaged items, packaging, and the box it arrived in within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. We cannot process claims AFTER this time period. No exceptions will be made.

→ Please note that for personalized/printed products, we can only offer credit for damaged items, and photographic evidence of the damage must be provided before any credit is issued. It's advisable to order a sufficient quantity to cover all contingencies.
