USE YOUR OWN DESIGN - If you have your own design, email it to graphics.leskoent@windstream.net before the end of the auction and we will let you know if it is possible. We prefer Adobe Illustrator/EPS files, but we can get almost anything to work- jpeg, Microsoft Word, Tiff, etc. Include your ebay user ID and a valid email where we can send you an art preview for you to approve.

I purchased a Set - Now What?
After you have purchased, you must email us at amanda.leskoent@windstream.net with the following unless you already put it in the "Add a note to Factory 21" section during check-out:

1. Names & Date (Location if applicable)
2. Imprint color
3. Font/image or monogram selection #
This information can be included in the "Notes to Seller" section or in an email.

How long will it take?
We ship UPS Ground which takes 1 to 6 days to deliver. Standard production time is 10 business days/14 total days from payment and artwork approval. Please also account for shipping time. We will email you your tracking # after it ships

SHIPMENTS TO ALL INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS:
It is the buyer's responsibility to account for any duties and/or taxes, while ensuring compliance with Customs regulations in your importing country.

FOR RUSH ORDERS:
Before the auction ends, please email amanda.leskoent@windstream.net and we will determine if your order is feasible. You will be assessed a $20/$40 rush fee if your order can be processed depending on the amount of production days we are given to work with, and expedited shipping charges may apply.

*** Please Note: After testing, we have discovered that extended exposure to certain brands of sun screen may cause the ink to wear/rub off due to the high alcohol levels in sun screen products ***
