HOW TO PURCHASE:

1. Select your desired item and quantity.

2. In the "Notes to Seller" section during checkout, or in a separate email after purchasing, provide your order details, including names, date, and monogram or clip art selection. You can choose any design from our store; it doesn't have to be from the exact listing you are purchasing.

3. We will send you a proof of your design within 1 business day via email for your approval. This way, you can ensure you're getting exactly what you want. We'll work with you until it's 100% perfect!

1. After you approve your artwork proof, we'll provide you with a scheduled ship date and begin production on your order.

(We also offer custom designs on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in a custom design, please email us at [email address] to inquire about the possibility.)

★ Here's what happens after you purchase ★

• You will receive a digital proof within 1 business day. The digital proof will be sent via email.

• After you approve your artwork, it will be sent to production. Orders will not go into production until you provide artwork approval. Standard production time is 10 business days. Please account for shipping time when planning your order. You will receive a notice via email as soon as your order ships with your tracking information.

• Please note that production and shipping times are based on business days. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Information

►We ship UPS Ground which takes 1 to 6 days to deliver to the U.S. and 4 to 8 days to deliver to Canada.

►You can find the expected ship date of your order on the receipt under purchases in your account.

►We offer faster production and shipping methods for an additional fee, please contact us for prices. Be sure to include the quantity you want, when you need them by, and your zip/postal code in your message

►Customs forms for international shipments will be marked with the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or delivery surcharges assessed by their countries, and should check into those charges before making a purchase.

International Shipping Disclaimer

→ Customers are responsible for their country's duty, taxes, and brokerage fees which are due upon delivery to the shipping company. The shipping fee Factory21 charges does not include these fees.

Ink Color Disclaimer

→ Ink colors are represented as accurately as possible. Due to variations between computer monitors, smartphones, and tablet displays, Factory21 is not responsible if the color appears differently in person.

Return & Cancellation Policy

→ Due to the nature of our products, there will be NO RETURNS on personalized shot glasses — all sales are final.

→ I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any concerns with your order.

→ Due to the nature of glass shot glasses, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variations in materials, production equipment, and firing temperatures may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.

Damaged Shipment Policy

→ If your order is damaged during shipment, please submit photos of the damaged items, packaging, and box it arrived in within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. Claims will NOT be honored AFTER this time period. NO EXCEPTIONS.

→ It is not possible for us to replace damaged pieces on personalized/printed products — we can only offer credit for the damaged pieces and photographic proof of the damage must be provided prior to credit. Please be sure that you order enough pieces to cover all contingencies.
