How to Order:

1. Select Quantity: Choose the number of can coolers you need from the drop-down menu. Don't forget to select your preferred ink color (options: black or white).

2. Add Special Instructions: During checkout, you'll find a designated "Special Instructions" box. Please provide the following details:

   • Can Cooler Color (Refer to the 2nd photo for options)
   • Personalization (Include names, date, or any special message you want to incorporate into the design)
   • Design Choice (If applicable)

3. Submit Your Order: Once you've filled in the necessary information, submit your order. Ensure that the email address you provide is one you frequently check.

4. Review Your Digital Proof: After placing your order, we'll send you a digital proof to your provided email address. This step allows you to verify and approve the design before we proceed with printing. Please check your email promptly to approve the proof.

5. Shipping Time: Personalized orders typically take up to 10 business days to be shipped. Production times may vary depending on the season, so if you require a rush order, please contact us beforehand to confirm feasibility.

6. Stay Informed: Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number, so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Information:

• We ship via UPS Ground to the U.S. (1-6 days) and Canada (4-8 days).

• Faster production and shipping options are available for an additional fee.

• International buyers are responsible for import taxes and duties.

• Ink colors may appear differently in person due to display variations.

Return & Cancellation Policy:

• Personalized shot glasses are final sale, and we don't accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have concerns.

• Slight variations in glass shot glasses are within industry standards.

Damaged Shipment Policy:

• Report damaged items within 2 business days with photos of the damage.

• Damaged personalized/printed items can't be replaced, but credit will be provided.
