**You will receive a digital proof within 1 business day of placing your order, via email. Proofs that are not approved within 72 hours will go straight through to production, to ensure they ship in a timely manner.

*Orders typically ship out 7-10 days after you place the order. We ship via UPS ground, which will take 2-4 business days depending on your location. If you need your order sooner than 2 weeks, please contact us first to ensure we can get them to you in time.

• Please note that production and shipping times are based on business days. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Information ►We ship UPS Ground which takes 1 to 6 days to deliver to the U.S. and 4 to 8 days to deliver to Canada.

►You can find the expected ship date of your order on the receipt under purchases in your account.

►We offer faster production and shipping methods for an additional fee, please contact us for prices. Be sure to include the quantity you want, when you need them by, and your zip/postal code in your message

►Customs forms for international shipments will be marked with the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or delivery surcharges assessed by their countries, and should check into those charges before making a purchase.

International Shipping Disclaimer → Customers are responsible for their country's duty, taxes, and brokerage fees which are due upon delivery to the shipping company. The shipping fee Factory21 charges does not include these fees.

Ink Color Disclaimer → Ink colors are represented as accurately as possible. Due to variations between computer monitors, smartphones, and tablet displays, Factory21 is not responsible if the color appears differently in person.

Return & Cancellation Policy → Due to the nature of our products, there will be NO RETURNS on personalized items — all sales are final.

→ Due to the nature of glass shot glasses, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variations in materials, production equipment, and firing temperatures may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.

Damaged Shipment Policy → If your order is damaged during shipment, please submit photos of the damaged items, packaging, and box it arrived in within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. Claims will NOT be honored AFTER this time period. NO EXCEPTIONS.

→ It is not possible for us to replace damaged pieces on personalized/printed products — we can only offer credit for the damaged pieces and photographic proof of the damage must be provided prior to credit. Please be sure that you order enough pieces to cover all contingencies.
