Fabulous Service! Quick response and turnaround time. I would definitely do business with this store again.!
This is my 3rd time buying frames from Factory21 and I am always satisfied with how quickly and safely these arrive. Will always come here first for my frames!
Great bulk value and fast production! The printing on the black frames is perfect and looks very professional. Highly recommend Factory21 for custom promo items.
Love these shot glasses for our special event! Cannot wait for the big reveal!
I was nervous when I saw how fast my order shipped after placing it. When I recieved the glasses I was so pleased. Everything was packaged so nicely. We are very excited to use the shot glasses for our party. I am recommending this company toask of our friends.
Fast service & view of proof. Great shot glasses for party favor & quality glass
We placed a last minute order for shot glasses. They promised to get it to us the next day and they did with Original printing on glasses. It was a big hit with the wedding guests and exactly what we wanted.
Exactly as described! Purple color with the frosted glass was perfect! Can't wait to hand them out at the reception!
Very easy to place the order. Awesome communication quick turnaround.
The coffee sleeves were perfect! Exactly what I requested and arrived quicker than I expected.
Very satisfied with this company. I own a business that sells shot glasses, and I've ordered from a couple of other companies in the past. I thought they were good, but not anymore because Factory21 surpasses the quality and lettering of all the other ones. They responded to all my emails within a day, and the responses came from a real person, not a bot. I wish I had a picture, by my phone camera is not working. Honestly, go with this company.
Orders 96 of these for my niece’s wedding. They came fast and were perfect! Great company!
Love how they turned out!
Now-a-days it’s hard to find outstanding service, especially online. Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the product arrived promptly and perfect. Thank you!
We loved these shot glasses.!Thank you very much for offering an LGBTQ+ product. Not many vendors do so we were grateful. Glasses came well packed and plan on leaving them similarly packed for travel to this destination wedding. I’d order or recommend products from you again.
