Very satisfied with this company. I own a business that sells shot glasses, and I've ordered from a couple of other companies in the past. I thought they were good, but not anymore because Factory21 surpasses the quality and lettering of all the other ones. They responded to all my emails within a day, and the responses came from a real person, not a bot. I wish I had a picture, by my phone camera is not working. Honestly, go with this company.
