✨ HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the type of glass (Clear or Frosted) & quantity (minimum order is 12).
2. Choose the shot glass ink color from the photo.
3. Add your personalization details into the special instructions such as name & dates on the cart page.
4. Proceed to Checkout.

✨ PROOFS ✨ If you would like to see a proof, please indicate it in the notes. The proof must be approved or edited within 2 days of the order. Otherwise, your order will be forwarded to production.

Artwork Proof Checklist Please ensure the following are verified:

• Product and quantity are correct.
• Product color(s) are correct.
• Imprint color is correct.
• Delivery date is correct.
• Design(s) are correct.
• Spelling is correct.
• Layout is correct.

Please note that while we strive to represent ink colors and product colors as accurately as possible, there may be variations due to differences in monitors, smartphones, and tablet displays. We are not responsible if the colors appear differently in person.

✨ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ✨ All Personalized Orders are made to order and specifically designed to meet your needs. As these items are personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly send a corrected replacement or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive a return authorization. Make sure to return the items within 7 days of delivery.

If you need your order rushed, please message us before placing your order and provide the desired delivery date and your location. We will respond as soon as possible (usually within 1-2 hours) to confirm if we can expedite your order. We will also provide information on the necessary shipping method to ensure your order is delivered in time for your event.
