How To Order:

1. Select your desired quantity and cup color from the dropdown menu.

2. During checkout, kindly provide the following information in the "instructions box":

   • Ink color (Please refer to the 2nd picture for options).
   • First Names.
     
   • Wedding Date.

Proof and Production:

• You will receive a digital proof within 1 business day of placing your order, sent via email. Proofs not approved within 72 hours will proceed directly to production to ensure timely delivery.

• Orders typically ship out 7-10 days after the order placement. We ship via UPS ground, with delivery taking 2-4 business days based on your location. If you require your order sooner than 2 weeks, please contact us in advance to confirm expedited shipping options.

• Please note that production and shipping timelines are based on business days, and we do not operate on weekends and holidays.

Shipping Information:

• We utilize UPS Ground for shipping, which typically takes 1 to 6 days for delivery within the U.S. and 4 to 8 days for delivery to Canada.

• You can find the expected ship date of your order on the receipt under your account's purchase history.

• For faster production and shipping methods at an extra cost, please contact us. Make sure to specify the desired quantity, required delivery date, and your postal code in your message.

• For international shipments, customs forms will accurately reflect the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or delivery surcharges imposed by their countries and should inquire about these charges prior to making a purchase.

Additional Shipping Costs: Please be aware that depending on your location and order quantity, additional shipping costs may apply.

Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO Shipping: Our listed shipping prices cover the 48 contiguous states. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and protectorates, additional shipping charges will be necessary. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

International Shipping: Customers are liable for their country's duty, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery to the shipping company. Factory21's shipping fees do not include these charges.

Ink Color Disclaimer: While we strive to represent ink colors as accurately as possible, please be aware that variations may occur due to differences between computer monitors, smartphones, and tablet displays. Factory21 cannot be held responsible if the color appears differently in person.

Return & Cancellation Policy:

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns on personalized shot glasses are not accepted, and all sales are considered final.

• Cancellations are not accommodated, but if you have any concerns about your order, please contact us for assistance.

• Note that slight variations and small imperfections in glass shot glasses are not considered flaws due to industry standards and variations in materials, production equipment, and firing temperatures.

Damaged Shipment Policy:

• If your order sustains damage during shipment, please submit photos of the damaged items, packaging, and the box it arrived in within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. Claims will not be honored after this time frame, without exceptions.

• For personalized/printed products, we can provide credit for the damaged pieces. Photographic proof of damage must be provided prior to credit issuance. Please ensure you order enough pieces to cover all contingencies.
