Very satisfied with this company. I own a business that sells shot glasses, and I've ordered from a couple of other companies in the past. I thought they were good, but not anymore because Factory21 surpasses the quality and lettering of all the other ones. They responded to all my emails within a day, and the responses came from a real person, not a bot. I wish I had a picture, by my phone camera is not working. Honestly, go with this company.

We loved these shot glasses.!Thank you very much for offering an LGBTQ+ product. Not many vendors do so we were grateful. Glasses came well packed and plan on leaving them similarly packed for travel to this destination wedding. I’d order or recommend products from you again.
