Return & Cancellation Policy

→ Due to the nature of our products, there will be NO RETURNS on personalized items — all sales are final.

→ I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any concerns with your order.

→ Due to the nature of glass shot glasses, slight variations and small imperfections are not considered flaws. Variations in materials, production equipment, and firing temperatures may result in variations in size, shape, glaze color, etc. These conditions are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.

Damaged Shipment Policy

→ If your order is damaged during shipment, please submit photos of the damaged items, packaging, and box it arrived in within TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. Claims will NOT be honored AFTER this time period. NO EXCEPTIONS.

→ It is not possible for us to replace damaged pieces on personalized/printed products — we can only offer credit for the damaged pieces and photographic proof of the damage must be provided prior to credit. Please be sure that you order enough pieces to cover all contingencies.
